THE Governance Commission for Government-Owned and -Controlled Corporations (GCG) is eyeing a thorough review of government corporations' mandates and performance and making recommendations to Congress for appropriate legislative measures.

In a statement on Friday, the commission said that findings from the comprehensive review would be taken into account when formulating and revising government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCC) charters.
