CABANATUAN City, Nueva Ecija: Twelve patients have successfully undergone open-heart surgeries at the Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (PJGMRMC) here through the first-ever Regional Specialty Center (RSC), a brainchild of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., in (Region 3) Central Luzon.
In an interview with The Manila Times on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, Dr. Huberto Lapuz, PJGMRMC chief, said the patients consisted of four adults and eight children.
