(UPDATE) THE Department of Justice (DoJ) said it is closely watching six or seven possible perpetrators running the cartel responsible for hoarding onions and other agricultural products in the country.
"There are six or seven names that come out whenever we look at the whole picture. We have a very good idea about this. We just need to catch them in the act," Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla said, noting the personalities were the same people whose names cropped up during a Senate investigation on the spiraling cost of onions in December last year.
