FOR the second time, the Quezon City Jail-Male Dormitory (QCJMD) under the leadership of Supt. Michelle Ng-Bonto received the "Top 1 – Best City Jail" award given on Monday by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-National Capital Region (BJMP-NCR).
BJMP-NCR director chief Supt. Efren Nemeno handed the recognition to Ng-Bonto during the bureau's 8th Regional Management Meeting and Awarding Ceremony. The former hailed her for keeping the QCJMD drug-free.
