Pagasa sees 2-4 cyclones in July

(UPDATE) TWO to four tropical cyclones may enter or develop inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in July, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.

Pagasa Officer in Charge Esperanza Cayanan told The Manila Times that based on their weather outlook, the rainfall forecast for the month shows that near-to-above-normal conditions is likely in most parts of Luzon and Visayas.
