FILIPINO coconut- and plant-based exhibitors generated initial sales of $174.69 million (about P9.6 billion) during the four-day food and hospitality trade show in South Korea, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said Wednesday.

The DTI said the exhibitors generated a total of $19.89 million (about P1.1 billion) in actual sales while $154.80 million (P8.5 billion) was under negotiation during the Seoul Food and Hotel (SFH) 2023 at Korea International Exhibition Center 1. The event was held from May 30 to June 2, 2023.
