PUEBLO de Oro Development Corp., the residential arm of Investment & Capital Corp. of the Philippines Group, has launched a seven-tower mid-rise condominium project worth P3 billion in Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.
The Westwood Storeys project will offer a total of 989 residential units comprising 25-square-meter studio-type and 56-square-meter two-bedroom models ranging from P4 million to P8.9 million.
