Israel presses on in West Bank raid after 10 killed

JENIN, Palestinian Territories: Israel pushed on for a second day on Tuesday with its biggest military operation in years in the occupied West Bank, which left at least 10 Palestinians dead and forced thousands to flee their homes.

The raid that began early on Monday and was launched under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's hard-right government targeted the militant stronghold of Jenin and employed armored vehicles, army bulldozers and drone strikes.
