THE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) now considers the use of the anti-pain medicine fentanyl as a party drug an "emerging drug problem" in the country.
PDEA Director-General Moro Virgilio Lazo said they are trying to determine the source of the supply of the opioid whose medical use is to manage pain in cancer patients.
