PAL Holdings amends capital hike application

PAL Holdings Inc. (PAL Holdings, PHI), the parent firm of national carrier Philippine Airlines Inc. (PAL), has amended its proposal for an increase in authorized capital stock to include additional share subscriptions.

PHI informed the stock exchange on Tuesday that it submitted the amendment of the capital stock hike application to the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 29.
