Chinese firm offers to help address PH housing problem

CHANGSHA, China: A prefabricated modular building firm here that can erect an 11-story prefab structure in 28 hours has offered to help the Marcos government in addressing mass housing problems.

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. has promised to build a minimum of one million homes per year.
