5 Degamo suspects recant statement

FIVE more suspects in the assassination of Negros Oriental governor Roel Degamo have officially recanted their statements during the preliminary investigation conducted by the Department of Justice on Monday.

It brings to 10 the number of suspects who have withdrawn their statements about their supposed participation in the brazen attack that killed Degamo and nine others.
