The blind spots of managers and their organization

Last week, a client was ecstatic and hopeful at the same time when I showed them what they're losing, amounting to close to $3 million per year! This amount covers only four projects out of 75 debilitating and recurring issues that we've identified.

Imagine what they can do with the remaining 71 issues using my methodology that is focused on the low-cost approach to solving problems. Take the following issues that are too basic to solve and yet their managers appear incapacitated, if not oblivious in solving them.
