Pascual eyes better PH-Netherlands ties

TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual on Monday expressed optimism about improved bilateral cooperation between the Philippines and the Netherlands.

In particular, he said that both countries could cooperate in sectors such as semiconductor and high technology, agri-food processing, and infrastructure.
