The event was also graced by Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas, Buguias Mayor Ruben Tinda-an, DA, ATI Training Center Director Remelyn Recoter, Japan Agricultural Exchange Council Executive Director Sakamoto Ryoji and other LGU and ATI officials.
