GOCC subsidies hit P7.38B in May

SUBSIDIES to government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) plunged in May from a year earlier, Bureau of the Treasury (BTr) data showed.

The month's budgetary support of P7.388 billion was 7.27 percent lower than the year ago's P7.968 billion, based on the bureau's latest cash operations report.
