Chua, Aranas enter World Cup of Pool semis

The Filipino duo of Johann Chua and James Aranas advanced to the World Cup of Pool semifinals after a 9-8 escape from Taiwanese Ko Pin-yi and Ko Ping-chung in Lugo, Spain on Saturday, July 1.

The Tawiwanese recovered from a 2-8 hole and the tied the match at 8-8 before a missed corner shot for the two ball gave the Filipinos an opportunity to regain momentum.
