FORMER vice president Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo marked the first year anniversary of Angat Buhay Foundation, which she founded and currently heads, by expanding the group to include more volunteer individuals and organizations and helping them give back to their respective communities.
Angat Bayanihan, the volunteer network that was first launched in August 2022, has mobilized 188 grassroot organizations, which were former volunteer groups during the presidential campaign in the 2022 national elections. These were composed of 13,705 individual volunteers in 47 provinces.
