75,000 Filipinos ditch cigarettes for smoke-free product

More than 75,000 adult Filipinos have quit smoking after trading their cigarettes for IQOS, PMFTC,Inc., the local affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc., said.

IQOS is a device that uses a patented HeatControl™ Technology that heats without burning tobacco-filled sticks wrapped in paper called HEETS which releases water-based aerosol. It produces no smoke and no ash.
