Herbosa assures workers of allowance

DEPARTMENT of Health (DoH) Secretary Teodoro 'Ted' Herbosa inspected the Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan and had a dialogue with the health care workers.

The health chief said that 'he had checked with the health emergency allowance (HEA) and there are roadblocks or obstacles to HEA disbursement in private hospitals.'
