IN a meeting in Brussels, Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro told Stefano Sannino, European Union external action service secretary-general, about Manila's strong interest in resuming Philippines-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) talks and renewing the EU's Generalized Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+) for the Philippines.
Lazaro was in Brussels for the 3rd Philippines-EU joint committee meeting on Friday, June 30.
