Govt bodies push 'massacre' probe

BACOLOD CITY, Negros Occidental: The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) will join an ongoing parallel investigation by the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) of the Himamaylan 'massacre' in this province.

Jeorge Largado, NCIP commissioner in Negros Occidental, said he has already ordered an immediate response team to go to Barangay Carol-an, Kabankalan City.
