Manila mayor highlights 1st year accomplishments

ENGAGING residents in the community level highlighted Manila Mayor Maria Sheila 'Honey' Lacuna-Pangan's first year in office.

'As for me, that would be the highlight because we were given the opportunity to go down to the grassroots and directly hear the sentiments of our fellow Manileños. We started the Kalinga sa Maynila by talking only to a specific group, which is the barangay officials,' Lacuna told reporters on Thursday.
