In a disclosure on Thursday, CLI said the 6.8-hectare property was expected to generate P1.97 billion in revenues with 595 or 96 percent of its housing units already considered sold.
"The Casa Mira brand allows us to help address the region's housing gap for as-to-date, it has already provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over Visayas-Mindanao," CLI President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano 3rd said.
