With or without imports, the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is determined to hold its third tournament offering, the Reinforced Conference, later this year.
Sports Vision and PVL president Ricky Palou made this known following the Philippine National Volleyball Federation's (PNVF) sanction (first reported by Daily Tribune), which prevents the league from securing international transfer certificates for foreign guest players.
