MALILIPOT, Albay: The Legazpi City Host Lions Club (LCHLC) and the Albay Queens Lion Club (AQLC) jointly conducted a humanitarian assistance program at the Malilipot Central School, where roasted chicken, mosquito nets, blankets and pillows were given to 153 families displaced by the Mayon eruption.
"We are coordinating with Dr. Cedric Daep of the Albay Public Safety Emergency Management Office to know the areas where we can lend our hands to ease the burden of the families living in the evacuation camps for their safety," said Paulin Imperial-Dy, president of the LCHLC.
