4 foreigners arrested for destroying PH flag

CAMP GENERAL VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: Three Pakistanis and a Romanian were arrested in Ternate, Cavite on Monday, June 26, for destroying the Philippine flag.

Calabarzon Police Regional director, BGen. Carlito Gaces, identified the arrested individuals as 29-year-old Sharoon Manzoor, 45-year-old Shahid Manzoor and 36-year-old Shamail Jalal of Pakistan, who live in Pasig City, and 35-year-old Ioan Emil Oprescu of Romania, who resides in Taguig.
