WORKERS in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be given a P40 wage increase, according to an order by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board, a copy of which was released on Thursday.
Wage Order NCR-24, issued on Tuesday, said the P40 raise will bring the minimum wage in the NCR from P570 to P610 for non-agricultural workers and from P533 to P573 for agriculture workers, as well as service and retail establishments that employ less than 15 workers, and also for manufacturing establishments that employ less than 10 workers.
