Court junks ill-gotten wealth case vs Marcos, Imelda

(UPDATE) THE Sandiganbayan has dismissed an ill-gotten wealth case filed against former president Ferdinand E. Marcos, former first lady Imelda Marcos and several other individuals for lack of evidence.

The court's second division said that the prosecution failed to present proof to back charges that the properties and assets in question were ill-gotten.
