INTERIOR Secretary Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. pledged on Wednesday to support Ruel Rivera, the new head of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
"We are with him every step of the way," Abalos said, adding that Rivera faces the "herculean" task of restructuring the bureau.
