ACCORDINGLY, delegation is critical to leadership. Why? Because delegation of authority is an important process of transferring responsibility for a task to another member of the team, group, or organization.

The delegation of authority refers to the division of labor and decision-making responsibility to an individual that reports to a leader. It is theorganizational process of a leader dividing their own work among all their team members.
