Row over theater seat leads to fatal shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico: An argument over seating at a movie theater in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico, escalated into a shooting that left a man dead and sent frightened filmgoers scrambling to flee, police said on Monday.

Detectives with the Albuquerque Police Department on Monday filed charges in Metropolitan Court against 19-year-old Enrique Padilla in connection with the Sunday night shooting at a cinema complex next to an interstate highway.
