First provincial government-run college opens in Pangasinan

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: The provincial government will finally have its own tertiary educational institution starting in school year 2023-2024.

The Pangasinan Polytechnic College (PPC), which was created by an ordinance unanimously passed by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial board) on Monday, June 26, will initially have its campus at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center here.
