(UPDATE) THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has issued a notice following an increase in seismic activity and ground deformation in Mayon Volcano in Albay Province.
Phivolcs Director Teresito "Toto" Bacolcol on Tuesday reiterated that Alert Level 3 remains over the volcano since it was raised on June 8.
