Strong public-private partnership needed

GOVERNMENT support is crucial if the private sector is to contribute to economic growth, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry President George Barcelon said on Tuesday.

'[T]he path of strong growth requires a strong public-private partnership,' Barcelon told a Manila Times business forum.
