THE national government's (NG) budget deficit narrowed in May compared to a year ago as revenues outpaced spending, the Bureau of the Treasury reported on Tuesday.
At P122.2 billion, the shortfall was 16.73 percent or P24.6 billion less than the P146.8 billion recorded 12 months earlier.
