IN eulogies by senators past and present for the late Sen. Pong Biazon, the word decorum was mentioned several times. I suspect it was more than a recognition of the former soldier's mien as an officer and a gentleman. I am not sure if a popular senator, who was in attendance, felt alluded to.
He was previously photographed combing his moustache in the session hall. It went viral online and even sparked a debate about decorum in the Senate.
