Marcos again orders upskilling of seamen

PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday reiterated his order to concerned government agencies to ensure the upskilling of Filipino seafarers to further ramp up the 'huge transformation' of the country's maritime industry.

He also urged other stakeholders to do their part in boosting the country's maritime industry by adopting new technologies and securing emerging opportunities for mariners.
