METRO Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) is actively participating in the nationwide observance of Road Safety Month by launching its initiative dubbed 'Mission: Road Safety.' This program aims to establish a culture of road safety awareness and education among motorists utilizing the various expressways operated by MPTC. Through a series of seminars and digital information campaigns, MPTC endeavors to promote secure travel along its extensive network of expressways, including NLEx, SCTEx, NLEx Connector, CALAx, Cavitex, Cavitex C5 Link, and CCLEx in Cebu. These activities are designed to equip road users with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure their safety while traversing these roads.
'Road safety is at the core of Metro Pacific Tollways' business. We have advanced protocols in place to avoid untoward incidents. We have responsive on-ground and 24/ hotline personnel to ensure that our motorists are well attended to. [We have] expressways that are built for safety, and employees who have passion for innovation to explore more ways to better serve our stakeholders,' said Rodrigo Franco, MPTC president and chief executive officer.
