Lawmaker files resolution to suspend Cebu Pacific franchise

Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez filed a resolution seeking to suspend the legislative franchise of Cebu Pacific Air because of the many problems hounding the airline.

Rodriguez said that 'Cebu Pacific has a history of unsatisfactory service to the public.'
