With Gilas Pilipinas dealing with a spate of injuries even before the start of its 2023 FIBA World Cup preparation, strength and conditioning coach Dexter Aseron admits there's a lot of work to be done as they try to manage the players' activities from thereon.
The national squad though hit the ground running following its long, 22-hour flight from Manila to Tallin, Estonia with a stopover in Istanbul, as the players did some light workout at the Nord Spordiklubi Complex before the team had its dinner on Friday.
