CHIEF President Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile did not mince words when he dismissed the possibility of transferring the high-profile multiple murder complaint against suspended lawmaker Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo "Arnie" Teves Jr. to the Office of the Ombudsman.

In his program aired over SMNI on Saturday, Enrile said there was no way that Teves' case could be transferred to the Ombudsman as the anti-graft court only handles crimes against plunder, graft and other related administrative cases.
