LPA may enter PAR Sunday

The low pressure area (LPA) spotted off Mindanao may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Sunday but it is unlikely to intensify into a tropical cyclone, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said there is a possibility that the weather disturbance will develop into a storm.
