Pampanga's 1,650 children to receive free circumcision

ANGELES CITY: The city government here will start the simultaneous free circumcision of 1,650 kids 9 years old and above, starting on July 3, at the city's six Rural Health Units (RHUs).

Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. will personally visit the RHUs in Barangay Pulung Cacutud, Pandan, Lourdes Sur East, Sto. Domingo, Lourdes Northwest and Balibago to oversee the free circumcision.
