Iloilo mayor lambasts Bacolod vice mayor

ILOILO City Mayor Jerry Treñas has declared Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran as persona non grata in the city after some 80 Badjaos arrived in Dumangas Port from Bacolod City.

In a statement on Friday, Treñas had instructed the Iloilo City Public Safety and Transportation Management Office (PSTMO) to monitor the situation.
