HEALTH Secretary Teodoro Herbosa, on Friday, said in a media conference held at the Department of Health (DoH) that all is not lost for nursing board examination flunkers.
This was Herbosa's reaction to a statement of Jose Cueto Jr., chairman of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), that those who failed the nursing board examination cannot be hired because there is no provision in the Nursing Act that allows that move.
