CHEMICAL Industries of the Philippines Inc. on Friday announced that it was set to acquire Tierra Ariana Eco Land Inc. for P1.7265 billion.

'On June 21, 2023, the president and chairman of Chemical Industries, Janice Eunicia C. Roxas Chua, on behalf of the company, executed a share purchase agreement for the purchase of 100 percent of 1 million common shares of the capital stock of Tierra Ariana Eco Land Inc. with a par value of P100.00 per share, which in turn represents 100 percent of the outstanding capital stock of Tierra Ariana,' the company said in a statement.
