WITH no storms in sight in the coming days inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), it will be a hot and humid Friday in Luzon, including Metro Manila, according to the state-run weather agency.
Weather specialist Daniel James Villamil of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ), an imaginary line where the air from the northern and southern hemisphere meets, is affecting Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan.
