PULILAN, Bulacan: House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez graced the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the third Candaba viaduct on Wednesday, held here in Barangay Dulong Bayan.
Joining Romualdez in the groundbreaking ceremony were Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio Gonzales, Toll Regulatory Board Executive Director Alvin Carullo, Pampanga Gov. Dennis Pineda, DPWH Region 3 Director Roseller Tolentino, Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) President Rogelio Singson, NLEX Corp. President J. Luigi Bautista and Bulacan Vice Gov. Alex Castro, who is the acting governor of the province.
