Matagoan Festival opens in Tabuk City

TABUK CITY, Kalinga: The 22nd Matagoan Festival kicked off on Wednesday at the Kalinga Sports Complex, featuring a flying paramotor demonstration and the official opening declaration by Mayor Darwin Estrañero.

The grand opening signified the commencement of the festival's main events from June 22 to 24, preceded by a series of pre-events held from June 10 to 20.
